Nordcrewing Group is a recruitment business which provides work seeking services to it’s clients and candidates. We process personal data, including sensitive personal data – so that it can provide these services.
You may give your personal details to us directly, such as on a job application, via email or we may collect them from another source such as a job board. We must have a legal basis for processing your personal data. For the purposes of providing you with work seeking services and/or information relating to roles relevant to you we will only use your personal data in accordance with the terms of the following statement.

To ensure that we can provide you and your organisation with the best possible service we store details of the organisation and its contacts as well as notes of conversations, emails and meetings. We believe that this falls within our legitimate interest in providing recruitment services to you.
Candidates
We expect that if you are looking for employment or have posted your CV through our website, you are happy for us to collect and use your data to offer or provide you with work seeking services. This can include forwarding your details to prospective employers or matching your details against our open vacancies. Prospective employers might want to verify certain aspects such as references and qualifications. We need to be able to do this to function as a profit-making organisation.

Sharing your Personal Information
Nordcrewing Group may process your data when we need to fulfill a contract with you, such as to send your CV to an employer or recruiter for a specific job application. To help you search for and get a job, Nordcrewing Group may make Personal Information available to third parties such as employers, recruiters and other intermediaries and agents and other business partners.
Managing or Deleting Personal Information
When you access the Nordcrewing website, we store some information about you. Your Personal Information (including your CV) cannot be viewed by our customers. Please note that the Nordcrewing website reserves the right to remove from our database applications which include any content that we consider to be illegal or offensive.
Period for which the personal data will be stored
By accepting this Agreement, the user acknowledges that he understood his rights, and the purpose of the collection, storage and processing of personal data. The user also agrees that the period of processing of personal data is 6 months.
We reserve the right to make changes to this policy.
