Chief Engineer – Tanker Delivery
We are urgently looking for a Chief Engineer to act as the Owner’s Representative during a tanker delivery voyage from Malta to Ghana.
Requirements
- Valid Chief Engineer Unlimited CoC
- Valid STCW certificates and seafarer medical certificate
- Previous experience as Chief Engineer on tankers
- Ability to represent the owner and support the vessel handover process
- Very good command of English
- Previous delivery voyage experience would be an advantage
- Availability to join in Malta at short notice and complete all joining formalities within a few days.
Conditions
- Oil/Chem tanker, built 2001, 23235 GT, approx 9000 kW, Panama flag
- Delivery route: Malta to Ghana
- Planned departure: ASAP, next week. When applying, please state the earliest date you would be available to travel.
- Delivery voyage, with the possibility of a permanent contract afterwards
- The role involves representing the owner during the delivery voyage and supporting a proper vessel handover.
